Metro54 is thrilled to present the latest collaboration between S*an D. Henry-Smith and Phantom Wizard, emerging together as PhantomSun.
In the spirit of our ongoing Breathing Room program, PhantomSun invites you to explore the boundless realms of sound, improvisation, and dialogue. Drawing inspiration from past Breathing Room sessions, this transcendent encounter is a celebration of togetherness, meditation, and the healing power of attentiveness.
You'll witness the electric invisible weave a tapestry of free expression and expansion, as PhantomSun shape a droning electric into pulsing ethereal with Phantom Wizard activating clarinet, organ, and samples, and sunchoke on guitar and in voice. PhantomSun will guide you on a journey through the airwaves, where music becomes a language that speaks from an ambling dark into swathes of light.
