Analog Dub: On the archiving of physical sound
w/ 1.06 Library & Mo Wrights
Join and gather with us at our space for the last day of Dub Dub Dub with a deep listening session and sonic lecture by Mo Wrights on physically archived Caribbean sound libraries, exploring the expansive history of Dutch Caribbean sound on vinyl.
Afterwards we will move into a conversation with 1.06 library around the accessibility on physically archived sounds such as vinyl, CD and cassette tapes. They will end with a sonic offering afterwards.
Have a lil dance and have a lil drink with us while listening to sounds and dubs.

1.06 Library:
Founded in December 2020, 1.06 Music Library is a curated archive by DRKNGHTS. The house a catalog of vinyl, cassette, and CD's (+other discs) spanning across a wide variety of genres and focuses on inspiring the listener to rediscover.
Mo Wrights:
Mo Wrights channels the soul in his veins through narrative-driven mixes and productions blending the young with the old, the clean with the dirty and affixing the riddim with the radiance of balmy jazz chords.
